Partial orders, dimension, and Ramsey theory
Abstract:

In this talk, we will consider the interaction between Ramsey theory, Fraïssé theory, and dimensions of partial orders.

In particular, we will discuss how certain dense subsets of the n-dimensional rational grid can be viewed as Fraïssé limits of the class of finite \( n \)-dimensional partial orders when endowed with linear orders which "realize" their dimension, and how their associated Ramsey theory yields a strong fixed-point property for the automorphism group of this limit structure.

This is the result of joint work with Mithuna Threz and Max Wiebe.
